Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority (ASADA)
With the Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority (ASADA) rules and them regularly turning up to the gym
and competitions I am still amazed that people are taking medications without checking they are ok on the Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority (ASADA) website - ANYBODY can be tested
Goto http://www.asada.gov.au/ to check out your medications BEFORE you take them its YOUR responsibility
note a Doctor saying its ok is NOT VALID and remember there are different rules for in and out of competition
Also if you use Asthma medication you need to get a TUE

Shrugging at the top of a pull
Shrugging at the top of a pull
One of the most common faults I see is people not shrugging at the top of the pull - not only does this give a bit of extra height (due to the shrug ) but the main thing is that ensures that you fully extend the body/hips - ie it cures a short pull in a lot of people

Supplements - why I think people should not take them
From October 2000 until November 2001 634 non-hormonal nutritional supplements were
obtained in 13 countries from 215 different suppliers.
Out of the 634 samples analysed 94 (14.8 %) contained prohormones not declared on the label
(“positive supplements”).
Unfortunately Australia was not included
