How Remote Coaching Works
Step 1 – Initial Assessment
You complete a detailed questionnaire and submit training videos. We then jump on a call to discuss your current training, goals, and what you want to achieve.
Step 2 – Kick-Off Session
We start with a 1-hour one-on-one coaching session, either in Brisbane or remotely via Zoom, WhatsApp, or Skype, to set a solid foundation from day one.
Step 3 – Custom Program & Plan
I build a fully customised 10–15 week training program and competition plan tailored to you. You’ll also receive lifting tip sheets, technique videos, and a personal PB tracking document. We’ll go through everything together on a call so you’re clear on the plan.
Step 4 – Ongoing Coaching & Support
Send training videos anytime for detailed feedback. We can also schedule technique-focused video sessions when needed. Your program and competition plan are continuously adjusted based on your progress — all included in your weekly coaching fee.
