Online Weightlifting Coaching

For $125 AUD Per month I do Remote Weightlifting Coaching with video analysis, individualized programming and yearly comp planning 

I also love running group athlete workshops for Crossfit Boxes and Gyms  and  train the trainer weightlifting courses for clubs and CrossFit boxes

 

How Remote Coaching Works

Step 1
You fill out a questionnaire and supply some training videos and I then ring you up and chat on your training needs and goals

Step 2
We arrange a 1 hour one on one coaching session in Brisbane or remotely via Zoom/WhatsApp/Skype to kick things off on the right path.

Step 3
I develop a totally custom 10-15 week program and competition plan that matches your needs and supply lifting tip-sheets and technique videos and a PB tracking tracking document. I then ring you up to go through the program.

Step 4
You send training video whenever you want for feedback and also have  technique correction video meetings as required. I change the current program or develop a new program and competition plan as necessary, all covered by the $125 AUD monthly fee (First Month $250 as that includes the 1h remote coaching session and initial analysis and programming)  –  you can cancel at any time.
