League Round and Xmas
League Round Final
Some Great Lifting in the League Final !
After a disappointing nationals due him recovering from an injury it was great to see
James Norman pull out some big lifts to win the League and $800 - Josh Wu who had taken
some time off to rehab his shoulder nearly got him on his last clean and jerk !
Luke also was a stand out - he has been working on his second pull all year and its starting to pay off with lifetime PB's at each comp now
- great work Luke !
Steve and Linz also had a great battle with Steve just managing to pip him on the Clean and Jerk

Congratulations to Peter Foster and Rob Webster on their Results
It was great to see Peter back to form after getting over a knee injury
Also it was gutsy for Rob to enter a National comp as his second event and to top it off he did a 22kg PB !
