Squat Form, Excuses and New Kids

I like the way on this bloody hard last rep Ben does not really change his form to get the lift – also his depth is great !

As a coach I tend to hear a lot of excuses – when i hear them it  makes me think of the following quote

“The person who really wants to do something finds a way; the other person finds an excuse.”

 

 

To all the kids just starting out that see Josh snatching 90 clean and jerking 117 and Squatting 140
to be number one U17  lifter in the country across all bodyweight categories

Remember he just started like you with light weights (see below) – but from day one he always tried hard to be a better lifter
and hardly ever missed a session
