Corral suffering from cramping after losing weight did 52 snatch, 59 clean and jerk
and was best lifter in the 50 to 55 age group and also got gold
Valerie Silver did 32 Snatch , 44 Clean and Jerk 6×6 and 4 PBs to win gold

Nathan Kahi 69Kg lifted 100 Snatch and 125 Clean and Jerk 6×6 and 3 pb’s to get Gold and best Open lifter also he passed the 300 Sinclair Mark
Josh Wu 42Kg did 40, 45 to win Gold – The 40 Snatch was a great lift. He actually cleaned 50 but slightly pressed out the jerk
