Recording your progress
Everybody needs to be recording their training and bodyweight for each session and also be recording their PB’s for 5,3,2,1 reps for every lift apart from pulls
It amazes me the number of people that do not know their PB single or triple or have no idea of their current bodyweight or did not know what they did last week.
Chasing something positive each week
You should be also chasing PB 5,3,2 reps in training not just your singles
Try and get something positive out of each week either a PB for 5,3,2 in a lift or some improvement on a point of technique.
