New Coaching Times and RDL Changes

New Coaching Times

Due to work commitments my new coaching times will be
Mon,Tues, Thus, Fri – 5pm-7pm  Sat 9.15am -10.15am

Note the new 5pm start time, the Wed session is now not available and Sat start is at 9.15

 

Changes to RDL
After chatting to Mike we are going to make a few changes in the range of the RDL’s 

  • Top position is now with body upright
  • Bottom position is just below kneecap

All other points remain

  • On each rep try and push the bum backwards
  • Keep bar close
  • Knees do not move
  • Shins vertical
  • Back Flat – pivot from hip
