Most people were not going for PBs as they wanted to leave their best lifts for the final
A mention should be made about Nathan who is on the up and up doing 90, 116 – 206 a 6kg PB

Can the people that did not manage to help this time leave Nov 1st free
as i expect everybody to help out at the competitions we hold at Cougars.

I get rather sick and tired of people who use the club and then give nothing back
expecially the people who lift and then cut and run – remember other people
have given up their free time to load and run the scoreboard for you when you have a lift.
