Shrugging at the top of a pull
One of the most common faults I see is people not shrugging at the top of the pull – not only does this give a bit of extra height (due to the shrug ) but the main thing is that ensures that you fully extend the body/hips – ie it cures a short pull in a lot of people

From October 2000 until November 2001 634 non-hormonal nutritional supplements were
obtained in 13 countries from 215 different suppliers.
Out of the 634 samples analysed 94 (14.8 %) contained prohormones not declared on the label
(“positive supplements”).
