2017 Commonwealth and Oceania Championships

One of my greatest pleasures in coaching is seeing lifters make their first international as their countries representative and watch them come back to training full of pride wearing the Australian gear. This time I had 7 new Australian reps Maddy, Keisuke , Ethan, John, Adam, Desree and Jett – along with Damo who was on his umpteenth rep and Jess lifting for Malt

Rudolf, James and Ebony where also there  lifting in the comp as individuals.

There were lots of PB’s and medals with Jett – Gold, John Silver, Bronze, Adam Bronze, Damo Silver and Desree Silver, Rudolf and Ebony also lifted very well

Also it was nice to catch up with Tia again after her win at the Crossfit games is so awesome for her and Shane to have achieved this goal they both had
