Qld Junior Youth and U15 Championships
There were some great battles at the Qld titles today in Nambour
However firstly i would like to thank John Walz for coming up and helping with the coaching - Thanks Mate !
Also I would like to thank Angie, Bonnie and John Hanlon for also assisting

Highlights -
- 3 Australian U15 Records in the 56Kg category for James Norman - taking them back off Josh Wu.
- A 21Kg increase from Ben Shaw to win the 85Kg class in a close battle with John
- A 25Kg increase from Forbes Jamieson get a spot on the U17 Qld Team for Nationals - just pipping Michael Winn in a close battle
- A 20Kg increase for Nathaniel Wessling
- Most improved lifter awards for Ben and Forbes at U20 and U17 respectively
- The Pakchung family have not had much luck with illness this year but James still managed a 9Kg PB a great effort !
