Mike Keelan Shield and Awards
The Mike Keelan Shield and Awards is on next Saturday morning - if you are not lifting please come down and support the event.
I will be away next week in Victoria from Tue and Fri - Angie will be keeping an eye on people - however there will be no training on Wednesday.
The gym will be closed to all (apart from key holders) from 24 Dec to 3rd Jan - First session on the new year will be on Tues 4th Jan
