Good lifting by all
Troy 127, 160 - 127 was easy and a very powerful 160 jerk
Alex 105, 126 - and a few masters records
Nathan 87, 113 - now has started training again has put 18kg on his total in a month
Peter 116, 120 - PB snatch at bodyweight ! taking it easy on CJ as shoulder hurting in Jerk
Luke 123, 160 - PB snatch and total
Jordan 81, 107 - PB Clean and Jerk and held 84 for 5 sec before dropping it
So its now only 4 weeks till the U16,U18 and U20 Nationals and
7 weeks till the Senior Nationals
You can still qualify for Senior Nationals by lifting in League Round 4 - so i hope you have your entries in
League Round 4 - Remaining Entries
