Ben totalled 290 to qualify for the Commonwealth Championships and
then went for 175 to try and qualify for the world seniors
Troy won the 85 class beating Malek on his last clean and jerk in a great display
of performing under pressure.
This was his second Senior title in a row - with both being won under close competition.
